Ripple posts better financial performance q-o-q in Q2

Ripple Labs has unveiled its Q2 financial performance report posting higher incomer compared to the previous report period.

According to the released data, sales of XRP amounted to $251.51 million over the period under review, while the Q1 results were at $169 million.

Of the total amount, direct sales exceeded $100 million, with the remaining $144 million coming from programmatic sales. The latter means that tokens are sold by Ripple's partners who mainly carry out passive sales. 

The company management intends to follow more restrained policy in the Q3. In particular, it was mentioned that they want to reduce sales of XRP.
