Coinbene cryptocurrency platform has entered into a partnership agreement with the payment giant Mastercard, intending to launch a new card for digital assets.

In the official blog, the company indicated that the crypto card will be first released in Brazil in September this year. It will have two versions - Gold and Platinum, aimed at different users.

According to the released information, cardholders will be able to carry out all usual operations, including cash withdrawals, bill payments, and direct funds transfers. The Coinbene card will be supplied with an application that will allow the customer to pay their monthly bills. It will also allow monitoring of account balance and receive cashback.

The company representative stated that Coinbene cardholders can deposit funds directly from their CoinBene account or via bank transfer.

In addition, the CoinBene card is said to enable withdrawals at traditional ATMs and other institutions designated as “Friendly Withdraw”. For reference, there are 15,000 such places for withdrawing money from the account in Brazil, the company noted in the report.

CoinBene representatives also noted that the map will be integrated with WeChat to provide additional services.

CoinBene’s Brazilian CEO Feng Bo said:

"Сo-branded card of MasterCard and CoinBene would celebrate the People’s Republic of China’s 70th anniversary. It will target 300 thousand Chinese Immigrants in Brazil along with the millions of local Brazilian users, radiating from the merchants of China."
