Coinbase unveils new products

The largest US-based crypto trading platform – Coinbase – announced new products designed solely for institutional investors willing to enter the market.

According to the news reports, the company representatives reported a cooperation between Coinbase service division Coinbase Custody and broker-dealer registered by US SEC that would carry out an independent audit of the financial records.

Besides, the company has also presented the first institutional clients.

Coinbase is also said to open a new office in Chicago to maintain sufficient level of security and performance of Coinbase Markets platform.

In addition, the company has also launched separate trading platform for institutional clients called Coinbase Prime powered by specific tools and services. In the future, it can be the foundation for OTC-platform.

For last, Coinbase is also getting ready to put on stream a one-of-a-kind support service for institutional investors –  Coinbase Institutional Coverage Group, that will be designed to provide assistance in market operations. Moreover, the division also will deliver different market studies.
