Capelli targets annual revenue of more than 350 million euros

Capelli unveiled its 2021/2022 results on Tuesday evening, for the year ended at the end of March. The property developer made a net profit of 2.4 million euros, down 44%. Ebit reached 23.1 million, up 2.7%. The Ebit margin is stable at 8%. Ebitda increased by 0.7% to 27.8 million, showing an Ebitda margin of 9.6% against 9.8% a year earlier. The gross margin fell by 3.3% to 61.7 million to represent 21.2% of turnover against 22.7% during the previous financial year. Turnover increased by 3.5% to 290.3 million.

In its press release, the group recalls having evolved in an environment marked by rising construction costs and procurement delays. He evokes a 2020-2022 growth trajectory disrupted by the Covid crisis (administrative delays, shifts, elections, appeals, etc.) but supported by international activity.

Numerous programs in progress, the land for which has already been acquired, secure the turnover for 2022-2023 with the objective of achieving 350 million euros over the financial year.
