BINANCE OFFICIALLY ENTERED THE UKRAINIAN MARKET

This means that:


Ministry of Digital Industry, as a regulator of the virtual assets market, adheres to its plans to create a legal market for crypto assets in Ukraine,

Ukrainians will be able to freely buy and sell virtual assets

The Binance company pay taxes on operations with crypto assets in Ukraine

 

Recall that the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the international company Binance signed a memorandum of cooperation in November last year. The parties agreed to work together to create a comfortable environment for the development of the crypto industry in Ukraine.

 

The next step on the part of the state will be the settlement of the issue of taxation of transactions with cryptoassets. The corresponding bill was submitted to parliament by the parliamentary union Blockchain4Ukraine. It has already been approved by the VR Committee on Digital Transformation and is under consideration by other parliamentary committees.

 

The Ministry of Digital Development supports this document and will facilitate its early adoption after consultations with the Ministry of Finance.
