Analysts expect U.S. oil inventories to rise in a week

Commercial oil reserves in the US (excluding the strategic reserve) for the week ended January 28 increased by 1.8 million barrels and reached 418 million, analysts polled by the DailyFX portal expect.

The relevant data will be published in the weekly review of the Energy Information Administration of the country's Ministry of Energy on Wednesday, February 2, at 18.30 Moscow time.

At 13.00 Moscow time, the European statistical agency Eurostat will publish a preliminary estimate of inflation in the eurozone. Analysts expect annual consumer price growth to slow to 4.4% in January from 5% in December.

At 16.15 Moscow time, the analytical company Automatic Data Processing (ADP) will publish data on changes in the number of jobs in US private companies in January. It is expected that the indicator rose by 207 thousand after rising in December by 807 thousand.
